THINK SUNSHINE – IT’S SPRING!

Now that winter is behind us – mostly that is – let’s look ahead to spring.  It’s time to take a look around your home to see what “marks of winter” are left behind.  Perhaps you have moss growing on your roof that needs tending.  With the winter winds – gutters often fill up – so before the spring showers be sure to clean them out.  While you are looking around your home – it’s a good time to check caulking around your doors and windows.

It’s once again time for the biennial check of your smoke detectors to be sure they are working properly.  Check to be sure the batteries are still good.

With spring’s arrival it is time to begin planning for those summer vacations.  Be sure to check into insurance issues if you are planning on renting autos, boats, jet skis, etc. during those summer outings.  Is there a wedding or graduation coming up whereas you will be hosting parties, etc.?
